Speaking Dutch?!
TBS 353 – Come What May (16 Nov 2007)
November 16th, 2007 -

Speaking Dutch??? Wow… what can that be? Shall I listen now, or like usualy, wait untill tonight and listen in bed…. I’ll wait.
My neighbour is taking of his tshort in a second… I keep watching… bad bad Maarten. But he is so cute.
So… Do you REALY want to know what I have been thinking off all day today? I was thinking of Christmas with Twinkle in Amsterdam. That might be a very bad idea, but on the other hand: why not? Easyjet is cheap, but I hardly know you! And what do want with a fat old poor handicapt dutch guy?
YES! the tshirt is OFF (of the neighbour). My god, what a noce smooth body. ahhhhhhhhh… a clean new tshort is on again. Do I have pictures? No.
So I have a new podcast by Twinkle on my ipod right now, and I will not listen to it until tonight. Isnt that exiting?
I was thinking what I wanted to show you in Amsterdam, where to eat, where to go shopping, etc. The thought alone was nice. But I keep forgetting that The Netherlands will be flooded novemner 24 by a superstorm in combination with high tides of full moon, 90% sure predicition Internet says. So we will not be able to have Christmas, because our airport is 4 meters below sea level.
We could go to spain or something. Malta is cheap this time of the year.
Enough!! Listen to the podcast first!
XXX Maarten
It wasnt dutch I think, I couldnt understand a word of it (exept the word Mastercard). And it wasnt for me either, what a pitty.
But Twinkle is back!
Oh, darling, nearly forgot: I am happy your back, I like you a lot, I love you, but….
but…please dont touch Moulin Rouge! Moulin Rouge is perfect as it is. I have sooooo many memories with that film. Saw it for the first time in Spain. I thought by seeing the trailer that I wouldnt like it, but in a depressed period there was nothing else in the cinema of Velez-Malaga (Andalucia) where I lived that time, so I went to see the film and fell instantly in love with it. I did not have a dvd player then, but bought the dvd as a first dvd ever, before the player I layter bought in the Netherlands. I saw the original English version for the first time in the Netherlands with friends. And “come what may” is one of my favorite songs (also Roxanne and the Like a Virgin version of the circus director).
So I do push you to be more creative, please do, creating music and pictures and podcasts and whatever is GREAT, but please dont touch the already perfect Moulin Rouge.
Kisses, Maarten
